After achieving a Doctorate in Art History and Communication Studies from McGill University (Montreal) Sabine began her professional career as an Art Agent before moving into the corporate world as an Account Director at an advertising agency in Montreal.

In 2005, she made her hospitality industry debut as the Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations Manager at the W Montréal.

Sabine joined AccorHotels in 2008 as the Global Senior Brand Manager for Sofitel Luxury Hotels, based in Paris. In that position, she helped reposition the brand in the luxury segment and build Sofitel’s marketing strategy. During that time, she completed an International Marketing Executive Program from INSEAD (Paris).

In 2011, she was promoted to Global Product & Communications, Quality & Sustainable Development Director for Novotel. For the next three years Sabine worked on refreshing the brand and its value proposition.

Sabine moved to Miami in 2014, to open the AccorHotels North & Central Americas and Caribbean (NCAC) regional office and became the Director of Marketing & Media for the corporate brand and the luxury, midscale and economy hotel brands. As a member of the Executive Committee, her responsibility was to manage the marketing, sustainability and quality strategies and initiatives, as well as the media buy for the region.

Following the merger and acquisition of the Fairmont Raffles Hotels International group, she became the Executive Director of Marketing Programs for AccorHotels North & Central America (NCA) and led the marketing and media strategies for the region. Position she held until October 2017.

Since July 2018, Sabine has been a strategic marketing consultant for various, local and international, hospitality companies.
